Jenna joined Milhouse & Neal in 2006. Her positive and friendly attitude ensures that all our clients and guests feel welcome and attended to, whether in person or over the phone.

With over a decade of accounting-based administration Jenna is well versed in the administrative duties and operational requirements of the firm. She is instrumental in maintaining firm infrastructure and her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including internal reporting, client billing, data entry, account reconciliations, bookkeeping functions, database management, and marketing support.

As a graduate of Truman State University Jenna uses her incredible organizational skills to keep our team running smoothly. She also plays a vital role in the tracking, assembly and filing of client returns and documentation. As a Licensed Notary Public, Jenna is able to add this value-added service for our clients.

Jenna is known for being diligent, detail oriented, and has an ability to get things done. She enjoys being a team player and being involved in many different projects. She believes that taking on new challenges creates the opportunity to expand her skill set.

Although she is the busy mother of three young boys, in her spare time she's committed to raising awareness for Suicide Prevention. In memory of her younger brother she has established “Team Jakey” for which she is the Team Leader. Since 2014 Team Jakey has raised over $140,000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In addition to fundraising for the AFSP, Jenna is devoted to ending the stigma surrounding suicide and has obtained a Mental Health First Aid Certification.
